Adecco Staffing is partnering with a Tyngsborough, MA manufacturing company to hire dependable assemblers for 1st shift. This temp-to-hire role offers flexible start times and a hands-on work environment building small, precision components.

You will operate semi-automated equipment, position coils under a microscope with tweezers, and document production progress with logs. A strong attention to detail and reliable attendance are essential.

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Tyngsborough, MA, to hire dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers for 1st shift opportunities. This is a temp-to-hire position with flexible start times. If you have manufacturing experience, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing quality products

Location

Tyngsborough, MA

Pay Rate

$18 - $22 per hour

Shift Hours

Flexible start times available:

• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Operate semi-automated equipment used in micro-electronic manufacturing.
• Handle and position fine wire coils using tweezers while working under a microscope.
• Utilize hand tools, epoxies, and chemical solvents to assemble small, precision components.
• Inspect and monitor your own work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete production travelers, logs, and other paperwork to document production progress and time.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Previous experience using tweezers and small hand tools.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Micro-electronics or small parts manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Previous assembly or machine operating experience is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• English proficiency is required.

Pay Details

$18.00 to $22.00 per hour
