Job summary

ManpowerGroup is assisting a leading automotive and industrial component supplier in Trenton, OH, to hire an Assembler who will support quality production and process efficiency.

You'll inspect parts, operate equipment such as extrusion presses, punch presses, CNC machines, saws and deburring tools, and ensure safety and proper documentation. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics and electrical systems is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and gage inspections to ensure quality parts are produced and assembled according to standards.
• Operate and support various production equipment such as extrusion presses, punch presses, CNC machines, saws, and deburring tools.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to all safety policies during production activities.
• Pack finished parts into containers as specified, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing ideas on safety, quality, and productivity enhancements.

Our client, a leading automotive and industrial component supplier, is seeking a Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting quality production and process efficiency. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Trenton, OH

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6 :40 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:40 pm - 11:00 pm Monday - Friday
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 pm - 7:00 am Sunday - Thursday

What's the Job?
