Job summary

Employ-Temps in Ohio is seeking a motivated on-site Assembler to participate in the manufacturing process and ensure parts meet specifications for shipment. This hands-on role offers a path for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. You will assemble components from blueprints, operate tools safely, and help maintain quality and production standards.

• Ability to read measuring devices like tape
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Assembler

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Assembler for our client. This on-site role suits individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are interested in a manufacturing environment.
As an Assembler, you will participate in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are built to specifications and prepared for shipment.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay
$15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to blueprints and instructions


• Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently


• Inspect parts and finished products for quality


• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area


• Meet production deadlines and standards

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals


• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division


• Ability to use measuring devices such as tape measures or rulers


• Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required


• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Nice to Have Skills

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience


• Experience with hand tools and measuring equipment


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
