Job summary

Staffmark Group in Rogers, AR is seeking an Assembly Technician. You will assemble and prepare cables, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely and efficiently. The role offers $16.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday shift from 6:45 AM to 2:45 PM.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of manufacturing experience; prior assembly or production training is a plus. Staffmark provides benefits and opportunities for advancement.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Assist with packaging and shipping preparation as needed.

$16.00 per hour

Education Requirements

  • Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembly Technician.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
