Job summary

Kelly Services in Largo, FL is hiring for assembly roles on first shift. As an assembler you will build mechanical, pneumatic, electronic, and optical components and perform related soldering as needed.

You will test and inspect assemblies to ensure quality, operate equipment, and keep a clean, safe work area while communicating status across shifts.

This temp-to-hire opportunity offers skill-building, cross-training, and opportunities for growth within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of assembly experience.
• J-STD soldering certification preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Corrected or uncorrected vision of 20/40 in each eye.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Mechanical Assembly: $17.00/hr.
• Electronic Assembly: $18.25/hr. (electronic assembly experience required)
