Job summary

Brandt Industries USA Ltd. is seeking an assembler for our manufacturing facility north of Bloomington/Normal in Illinois. The role focuses on assembling and packaging Brandt-manufactured products in line with established procedures and quality standards.

The position requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and lifting up to 50 pounds while adhering to safety and production guidelines. We offer a stable career with advancement opportunities and a comprehensive benefit program.

Qualifications

  • Must have some assembly experience.
  • Must be able to read and understand shop drawings.
  • Must be knowledgeable in the use and operation of all hand power tools.
  • Must be able to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Able to communicate effectively.
  • Able to read tape measures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all assembly functions at an acceptable standard level.
  • Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
  • Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery and parts during the installation, setup and repair of machinery.
  • Use Power tools as required.
  • Reports all damaged goods and or scrap to supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Assembler is responsible for efficiently assembling and packaging Brandt-manufactured products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This role ensures products are built accurately, safely, and on schedule while adhering to all safety protocols, production guidelines, and workplace policies.

What You Will Be Responsible For
