Job summary

DO & CO AG is seeking an assembler to join our New York Team. You will pull and stack products according to daily orders, monitor quality, and inspect items to ensure safety. You will receive, store, and assemble equipment per airline specifications, ensuring accurate packing for each flight.

With a focus on efficiency and safety, you will handle inventory, verify receipts, and perform related duties as assigned. Positions require flexibility for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Airport security clearance required, TSA and U.S. Customs compliance per 49 CFR 1542.209.

Responsibilities

  • Pull and stack products based on daily orders.
  • Monitor product quality and report issues to ensure safety.
  • Inspect items and conduct inventory as assigned.
  • Receive, store, and assemble equipment and supplies per airline specs.
  • Ensure correct quantities are packed and ready for each flight.
  • Verify stock receipts and replenishments are documented.

Responsibilities
  • Pull and stack products based on daily orders.
  • Monitor product quality frequently and reports problems to mitigate safety issues.
  • Inspect items and executes inventory as assigned.
  • Receive, store, and assemble equipment and supplies according to airline specifications.
  • Ensure the exact amount of equipment and beverage is accurately packed and ready for each flight.
  • Verify all stock received and replenishments are documented properly.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to by management.
Qualifications
  • All airport-related positions require applicants to successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location. This includes meeting all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR 1542.209, and obtaining the appropriate airport-issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent), in accordance with local airport authority regulations.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional relevant experience, preferably in a fast paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-organized.
  • Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
  • Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
