Job summary

PSG is seeking an assembler incumbent to perform value-adding processes in the production department for pump builds. Responsibilities include kitting, sub-assembly, boxing, and quality-compliant work.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to learn quickly, and familiarity with air/hand tools. Flexibility for overtime and standing during shifts is expected.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: No product assembly experience required; ability to learn.
  • Experience using air and hand tools.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Assembly or production experience a plus.
  • Packaging and Palletizing in Production experience a plus.
  • Ability to read and conform to company standards and building requirements.
  • Ability to work in a standing environment.
  • Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all router steps on the work order required to complete a pump build including kitting, sub-assembly, and boxing.
  • Follow standard work in the production cell to conform to product design specifications and quality procedures.
  • Perform TPM (total preventative maintenance) on department tools and equipment.
  • Perform Hydro-test on required work order and capture certificate.
  • Maintain inventory accuracies by transacting work orders and move orders in Oracle.
  • Capture production log and report to Supervisor daily.
  • Work overtime as required.
