Description

Responsible for reading blueprints or schematics and assembling components or products according to specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for putting together component parts or pieces adhering to a specified set of blueprints or schematics.
• Interpreting blueprints, handling various tools, and ensuring the quality of the assembled parts.
• Responsible for inventory control of component parts and assemblies.
• Moves material as needed using forklift, overhead crane, or other methods of material handling as authorized.
• Uses proper safety equipment.
• Completes production reports and other documentation.
• Keeps work area neat and orderly.
• Uses proper safety equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Education:

• High School Diploma, or GED, preferred.
