Aerotek is seeking entry-level Assemblers in Everett, WA to assist in fabricating and installing cable assemblies for Polaris projects. The role offers 1st and 2nd shift options with potential overtime and a pay range of $24.00–$26.40 per hour.

Job description

Hiring Assemblers to assist in the fabrication and installation of cable assemblies for Polaris. Seize this unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to clean energy initiatives.

Pay: $24 an hour (plus 10% shift differential for 2nd shift)

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday-Friday (Optional OT available)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday-Friday (Optional OT available)

Responsibilities:

• Operate various equipment and tools while keeping the workspace safe, clean, and organized.
• Perform quality checks.
• Read and follow technical instructions and drawings.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Capable of following detailed instructions.
• Physically able to stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds for prolonged periods.
• Skilled in using measuring and hand tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.40/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
