Aerotek in Wisconsin is seeking a 1st shift Assembler to build and assemble large products using hand and power tools, following blueprints and written instructions to meet strict quality standards. This is a contract-to-hire role based in Edgerton.

The position emphasizes reliability in a production environment with overtime and weekly payroll. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility for eligible temporary staff including health coverage and retirement plans.

Description du poste

The 1st Shift Assembler builds and assembles large product using hand and power tools. This role works from detailed blueprints and written instructions to ensure product meets strict quality standards, starting with rebuilding units that have been flagged for quality issues and progressing into full assembly work.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble using hand and power tools in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and written instructions to complete assembly without quality errors.
• Perform general labor and assembly tasks, including measuring, fitting, fastening, and securing parts and components.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
