Manpower, Inc. is seeking an Assembler to join a manufacturing-focused production team in Mt Pleasant, WI. The role involves following work instructions and drawings to assemble components, using basic hand and power tools, and ensuring quality at each step.

Ideal candidates will read and follow instructions, stay reliable and punctual, and learn assembly processes while adhering to safety guidelines in a structured environment. Pay is $19.00 per hour, Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written instructions or simple visual work instructions.
• Hands-on production environment with consistent attention to detail.
• Reliability and punctuality to support team schedules and production needs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to use tools safely and correctly.

Pay Range: 19.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
