Riddell is seeking an Assembler to perform manual labor on a production line or in cells assembling or disassembling helmet components. You will follow detailed instructions, verify parts, and ensure proper finishes and labeling.

Responsibilities include maintaining supplies, using safety gear, documenting production reports, and keeping a clean, safe work area. Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to lift up to 20 pounds are required.

Responsabilidades

• Follow work instructions/specifications to determine required assembly, exterior finish on a product, and any special options.
• Check immediate assembly area for adequate supplies of sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners for the particular assembly.
• Request supplies through appropriate channels.
• Check power and hand tools and safety stops for correct operation.
• Assemble components per work instructions.
• Examine assembly and connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and sub-assemblies following work instructions/specifications.
• Pack finished products into designated cartons and inserts or applies any required labels, tags, decals, and/or instructions.
• Resolve minor assembly and packing problems.
• Report any assembly problems/issues to the supervisor for evaluation and resolution.
• Provide information and assists with the completion of assembly production reports.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
• Operate and use all equipment following standard work instructions and operating procedures.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations.
• Exercise care and good judgment at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and BRG Code of Conduct.
• Practice good housekeeping by keeping work area, neighboring areas, and aisles clean and accessible.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follows work instructions/specifications to determine required assembly, exterior finish on a product, and any special options.

• Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking while also performing repetitive tasks.
• Prolonged periods of bending and/or twisting throughout a work shift.
