Job summary

UCS Inc. is seeking a shop-floor associate to support assembly operations. You will perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand or power tools in a sports equipment production environment.

The role requires you to report defects, maintain clean workstations, and adhere to safety regulations while meeting production schedules. Forklift operation and other equipment use may be necessary as production needs require.

SUMMARY:

Performs repetitive work-station assembly operations to produce sports equipment for track and field, strength training, and stadiums.

Education And Experience

High school diploma or GED. Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to speak and read the English language.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, and kneel.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, frequently lift heavier items with assistance/support.

Work Environment

Work is performed in a shop environment. May work at different workstations as production needs require, or shifts from one station to another, during the assembly process.

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
