Job summary

Anchor Fabrication has immediate openings for highly motivated Assembler’s to join our Assembly department.

Position Summary:

The Assembler’s role, entry level, is to assemble products or parts in a manufacturing environment. They will use various tools and techniques to ensure products are assembled correctly to meet specifications. They are highly motivated and have a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment. This role is vital to ensuring our customers’ needs are consistently met, promoting our company’s continued strong national growth.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work under the direction of the department lead or supervisor to assist with daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be able to read and understand measuring devices, i.e. a tape measure
  • Experience with high power tools (i.e. impacts, wrenches, etc.)
  • Previous experience working in industrial manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance.
Environment/Physical Requirements with or without Accommodation:

This position is carried out in a fabrication shop environment and as such has the following physical work requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Position may require bending, kneeling, and stooping.
  • Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicals.
  • May be considered for training and growth into other positions within business, if performance, aptitude, willingness, are demonstrated within the 90 days.
