Job summary

Surge Staffing in Delaware, OH is seeking dependable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble automotive headliners for car models in a fast-paced production environment. No weekends are required, and overtime may be available.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with starting pay of $15.00/hour, plus a $40 Perfect Attendance Bonus. A $1.00/hour raise is possible after 6 weeks and hiring on.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
