Staff Management | SMX is hiring for manufacturing roles at Allegion in Colorado Springs. Positions include Assembly, Electronics, Equipment Operation and General Production with shifts on 1st and 2nd, full-time, temp-to-hire, or contract opportunities. Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift.

Pay Rate: $17.50 - $18.90 / hour

Duties:

• Generally responsible for certifying multiple stations within an area.
• Must develop an understanding of machine/product capacity and scheduling.
• Perform control runs on equipment and if necessary, inspect, clean and equipment prior to or during shift operation.
• Detect and report improper equipment operation, defective material, or product to supervisor.
• Responsible for inventory accuracy in assigned area and demonstrates attention to detail and good eye/hand coordination and quick, accurate decision-making capabilities.

Position Requirements:

No experience necessary, will train the right person. Position requires the ability to lift 40 lbs. from floor to shoulder height occasionally and able to bend, stand and lift for up to 10 hours. Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable.
