Staff Management | SMX is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Molding, Coating, and Assembly Operators for the 2nd shift in Effingham, IL. The position offers a pay rate of $20.50 per hour and a supportive environment focused on personal and professional growth.

You will be responsible for maintaining safety, performing precision work, and achieving production goals. Ideal candidates will have attention to detail, basic skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Qualifications
