Job summary

Kustom Signals, Inc. is seeking an Assembler to join our production team. You will build high-performance electronic equipment, assemble components, and prepare units for shipment in a temperature-controlled setting.

You will work with a team in an ESOP company that values quality, has strong growth, and offers educational assistance and comprehensive benefits. Training is provided, with a focus on safety and accuracy in every piece produced.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to read and follow production instructions and work orders.
• Willingness to train and learn new skills.
• Comfortable working in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow production drawings, work orders, or verbal instructions to complete assemblies.
• Position and secure parts using soldering, crimping, screwing, or similar techniques.
• Assemble and install electronic components and subassemblies in housings and enclosures.
• Perform visual inspections and basic testing to ensure each unit meets production standards.
• Rework and repair units as needed following specifications or direction.
• Prepare finished products for shipment with complete accessories and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; assist with inventory counts and kit components.
