Job summary

PrideGlobal, partnering with Russell Tobin, seeks a Research Associate II – Assay Development in Tucson, AZ to advance assay development and conduct lab experiments.

You will design, execute and troubleshoot experiments, analyze data, and document results in GMP/GLP contexts; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

This onsite role offers competitive pay of $25-$27/hr and comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
• 2–4 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Proficiency in wet-lab techniques such as pipetting, weighing, and use of stir plates.
• Strong data analysis, scientific literature research, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and presentation software.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Preferred: Experience with SAFe/Agile planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, assay development, and laboratory experiments to support projects.
• Design, execute, troubleshoot, and interpret experiments with minimal supervision.
• Analyze data and prepare technical reports, protocols, summaries, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation in compliance with GMP, GLP, and Design Control requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and improve processes.
• Train colleagues and support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply appropriate laboratory methods and techniques to complex problems.
