PrideGlobal is partnering with a biotechnology company to identify a Research Associate II for an opportunity near Tucson, AZ. This 12-month contract role onsite with potential to contribute to RUO reagent formulation, testing, and data analysis.

Location is Tucson, 100% onsite. Salary is $27-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience, with comprehensive benefits for US workers and opportunities to support inventory and production activities in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with knowledge of laboratory best practices.
• Experience in clinical or fast-paced laboratory environments preferred.
• Reagent formulation experience preferred.
• SAP experience for inventory or production management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform reagent formulation, filling, and packaging for RUO products.
• Conduct laboratory testing and analyze experimental data.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Follow laboratory safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
• Support inventory and production activities.
