Schreiber Foods in Carthage, MO seeks an Engineering Technologist to maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment within the assigned area, following safety and quality procedures. You will collaborate with leaders and partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety, perform PCP/CCP checks, and follow standard operating procedures while on night shift (6:00pm–6:00am).

Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position. Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages and by contacting TA/TL.
