Job summary

First Supply LLC is seeking an Exotec (ASRS) Supervisor to lead the Exotec area in the distribution center, directing picking, packing, and inducting operations. You will oversee daily performance, coach associates, manage labor, and partner with maintenance and inventory teams to keep order fulfillment accurate and on time.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, coaching, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with warehouse automation, ASRS, goods-to-person technology, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation of the Exotec system, including picking, packing, inducting, and workflow to ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Provide daily leadership, coaching, and direction to associates while promoting safety and productivity.
• Coordinate labor assignments, coverage, breaks, and workflow priorities based on needs.
• Monitor Exotec workstations, dashboards, conveyors, totes, scanners, and queues to maintain efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Inventory Control, Shipping, and Operations to resolve issues and ensure smooth order flow.
• Ensure associates follow safety policies related to automation and material handling.
• Track productivity, quality, attendance, and coaching needs with the Operations Manager.
• Conduct audits of workstations, inventory accuracy, and packing quality to meet standards.
• Coordinate monthly and annual Exotec cleaning activities per maintenance agreement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Exotec work areas and surrounding spaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and supplies; coordinate replenishment.
• Identify workflow improvements and assist with process updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
