Job summary

Exotec designs and delivers advanced automation solutions used daily in warehouse settings. This role focuses on maintaining robotic systems, conveyors, and related equipment at client sites, ensuring high availability and performance.

You will work both autonomously and with a team to troubleshoot and deploy improvements, interacting with client leadership and on-site staff. Exotec values collaboration, excellence, and meaningful impact across its global operations.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of maintenance experience, ideally with robotics exposure.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical and software maintenance operations.
• Ability to stay organized and operate under high-stress conditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with client leadership and de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of all systems (robots, machines, conveyors) installed in client warehouses.
• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Monitor installation performance and ensure availability targets (99%).
• Collaborate with on-site teams to deploy new systems or machines and provide operations advice.
