Quinn Law Group, LLC is seeking an associate attorney to join a thriving plaintiff's personal injury practice across PA and NJ. You will handle court appearances, depositions, and complex litigation, while developing trial skills and mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes client advocacy, strategic case development, and collaborative teamwork in a high-energy firm. You will work closely with lead attorneys on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, participate in negotiations, and

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in PA and NJ (or eligibility for waiver)
Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
Collaborative team player with strong work ethic.
Passion for advocacy and helping clients.

Responsibilities

Attend court hearings, motions, conferences, and settlement conferences.
Serve as lead counsel in arbitrations, mediations, and ADR proceedings.
Develop litigation strategies and evaluate settlement offers.
Draft, file, and manage litigation documents and trial notebooks.
Manage discovery, depositions, and depositions summaries with supporting exhibits.
Represent clients in negotiations and in court, maintaining strong client relationships.
Participate in firm marketing and business development.
