Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney in Queens, NY with a minimum of three years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience. The role offers the chance to work alongside esteemed trial attorneys on significant injury cases.

Responsibilities include managing cases from inception through trial, appearing in court, drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and coordinating with clients and experts to prepare for trials. JD required; NY admission preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong writing and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with a designated paralegal.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial personal injury caseload from inception through trial.
• Appear regularly in court and at conferences.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and responses.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Prepare and argue motions.
• Assist with appellate work and trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
