Pape-Dawson Engineers seeks a Surveyor in Training to work under a Registered Land Surveyor on boundary surveys, subdivision plats, and topographic projects. You will prepare detailed drawings from field data using AutoCAD Civil 3D and review work before it goes to the RP.L.S. for final review.

You may assist with deed research, base maps, and field crew data; fieldwork and data processing are part of the role, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Certified Surveyor in Training in the state of employment.
• Knowledge of MicroStation is a plus.
• Ability to analyze survey data and direct field crews.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in teams and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Prepare drawings from field data and plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Review drawings for accuracy before R.P.L.S. review.
• Assist with deed research and base maps for field crews.
• Conduct fieldwork as requested.
• Process field data into plats and metes and bounds descriptions.
