Qualifications

• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English; willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and designated hitters; manage front end of the store and advise on overall operations of Pharmacy and Retail Store.
• Support Store Manager to achieve company deliverables; cover store activities in their absence; ensure merchandising and protection of assets.
• Lead and manage store team members including recruitment, performance management, and discipline to meet company goals.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve complaints, and model best practices in customer service.
• Monitor and coach customer service performance across front-end and pharmacy; drive improvements and loyalty.
