• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Eligibility to relocate to a different Walgreens store if promoted.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-end operations and pharmacy/retail store performance.
• Recruits, hires, coaches, and disciplines team members.
• Monitors customer service metrics and drives improvements.
• Manages scheduling, timekeeping, and store cash handling.
• Supports store manager and oversees store processes when needed.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws, and safety standards.
