Responsibilities

• Lead and support store operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Deliver WOW customer service and develop a high-performing store team.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training employees to build capability.
• Manage customer service activities and proactively resolve concerns.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies to maximize success.
• Learn and apply monthly P&L analysis to support store profitability.
• Complete management skills training and learn key store operations.
