• Willingness to relocate or transfer within Walgreens assets.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations to drive store performance.
• Assists Store Manager with store operations and scheduling.
• Drives merchandising and profitability while protecting store assets.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline.
• Supports Pharmacy and Retail Store operations with data-driven decisions.
• Ensures compliance with policies and relevant laws.
