Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred for external candidates.
• Knowledge of cash handling, deposits, and POS systems.
• Ability to recruit, hire and train qualified applicants.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing and supervising employees.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking and receiving.
• Ensure merchandise is presented according to policy and pricing standards.
• Support store opening/closing activities and bank deposits.
• Monitor operating statements for trends and control expenses.
• Maintain a clean, safe, well-stocked store environment.
