Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and pricing according to standards.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and proper documentation.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Operate store in the manager's absence and review financial statements.
• Ensure cash controls, deposits, and safe handling procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and travel as needed.
