Job summary

The candidate will assist in supervising employees, managing inventory, ensuring in-stock targets, and upholding company policies while delivering excellent customer service. Travel to multiple stores may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail environment beneficial.
• Ability to recruit and staff store teams.
• Knowledge of cash handling and deposit controls.
• Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising to maintain presentable displays.
• Assist in inventory management, damages, markdowns, scanning and paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and act as a role model.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure safe deposit of company funds and cash control procedures.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and safe environment.
• Operate store in manager’s absence and review operating statements.
