Job summary

Hibbett I City Gear in Pascagoula, Mississippi seeks a Manager in Training to support the Store Manager in daily operations and administrative duties, learn every product area, and promote sales and promotions to deliver a standout customer experience.

This hourly, non-exempt role serves as a backup to the Store Manager, assisting with selling, merchandising, restocking, scheduling and general supervision, while upholding policies and ensuring outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear or athletic apparel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assists in store operations and administrative duties.
• Works as backup to Store Manager in their absence.
