Job summary

Buckle in Memorial City Mall, Houston, TX, seeks Leaders in Training and Floor Leader to drive guest experience and sales. This part-time role collaborates with Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates, develop sales, merchandise, and oversee daily operations, including cashiering, displays, and store cleanliness.

You will lead by example, train teammates, and ensure adherence to company standards, loss prevention, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent retail experience.
• Part-time availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer focus and teamwork.
• Ability to lead by example and develop Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, deliver legendary service, and drive sales.
• Assist in merchandising, displays, and product knowledge.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet standards.
• Support operations: POS, openings/closings, and loss prevention.
• Lead by example in leadership actions and guest engagement.
