Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant/retail experience.
• Ability to work at least one of: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develops understanding of the business to the level of a General Manager over the course of a year.
• Creates joyful connections with guests and teaches the team to do the same.
• Drives sales through speed and service while solving problems calmly.
• Maintains cash handling policies and store funds during shifts.
• Manages orders, inventory, waste, and dates; rotates stock when necessary.
• Connects daily actions to overall store profitability and success.
