Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens Community Internship Program or HS Diploma/GED with 2+ years supervisory experience.
Demonstrated leadership, ethics, communication and business acumen.
Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
Must be fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking).
Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.
May relocate to another Walgreens store within the same area.

Responsibilities

Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end of store and supports pharmacy/retail operations.
Coaches team on customer service, resolves complaints, and improves service metrics.
Oversees scheduling, shift coverage, and time records; ensures proper store coverage.
Manages cash handling, bookkeeping, and store asset protection.
Leads hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Drives store performance by analyzing data and identifying sales opportunities.
