Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations.
• Ensures proper merchandising and protection of store assets.
• Monitors customer service metrics and coaches team members.
• Manages scheduling, opens/closes, and time-off approvals.
• Oversees cash handling, register activity, and store bookkeeping.
• Supports Store Manager and District Manager in operations and planning.
