True North is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced Ohio convenience store. You will supervise tasks, assist with merchandising, pricing, loss prevention, inventory, and fuel transactions while delivering friendly guest service and maintaining a clean, organized store.

In this role you will handle customer transactions, supervise a small team, ensure food service safety, and escalate issues to the Store Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to operate POS and car wash equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and follow safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service per company standards.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and support daily operations.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, loss prevention, inventory, and fuel transactions.
• Address guest concerns and escalate to the Store Manager when required.
