Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers visiting the store, including greeting, answering phones, and assessing their needs in a positive manner.
• Create relationships with customers to suggest products and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to become the store expert and participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business.
• Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and operate the facility with the store management.
• Open and close the store, handle cash, and manage inventory and deposits according to standards.
