Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience, preferably managing a restaurant with a full bar.
• Passionate and committed to a fast-paced environment including wings, beer, and sports.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and work in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall restaurant operation on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Responsible for all food/product matters and staff planning in the HOH area.
• Manages adult beverage matters and inventory control in the Bar Department.
• Oversees dining room service operations and ensures safe environment.
• Creates weekly department schedules within budgeted labor guidelines.
