You will recruit, train and supervise a team of 4–12 staff, post schedules, mentor performance, and support local marketing initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires 40–50 hours per week and flexibility to be on call.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a QSR environment with staff supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system/cash register.
• Willingness to work 40–50 hours per week and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12; evaluates and guides performance.
• Communicates changes in food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures health and safety codes, and company safety policies are followed.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
