Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12, assigns, oversees and evaluates work.
• Recommends promotions, transfers, or terminations; conducts staff evaluations.
• Communicates changes of formulas, standards, etc. to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with health, food safety, and company safety policies.
