• Documentation of data and interventions must be verified and cosigned each shift by supervising RT.
• Assists with formulating and carrying out the patient’s plan of care under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Completes Winona Health orientation and education requirements.
• Assists with data collection and documentation under direction of Respiratory Therapist.
• Reinforces education already provided by the Respiratory Therapist.
• Provides direct patient care and documents interventions under direct supervision.
