Job summary

Yakima Memorial Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging across fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic systems. You’ll support trauma imaging, OR cases, and routine studies while serving as a clinical resource within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an AA in Imaging, ARRT registry eligibility (or enrollment) with RT(R) within 12 months, WA XT license, and BLS certification. Join a mission-driven hospital serving the Yakima Valley.

Qualifications

• Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent.
• Eligible to take ARRT registry or enrolled in an ARRT accredited program. Must obtain ARRT RT(R) within 12 months of hire.
• Washington State license as X-Ray Technician (XT license) required.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment.
• May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine diagnostic studies.
• Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with established departmental policies and clinical guidelines.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model, working effectively both independently and as part of the care team.
