Job summary

MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform a full range of diagnostic imaging examinations using fixed, portable imaging and fluoroscopy. You will support trauma imaging, OR cases, and routine studies while serving as a clinical resource within a multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements include an AA degree or equivalent from an imaging program, Washington DOH registration with transition to RT, ARRT registration, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required; If registry is pending, must complete within 6 months from date of hire into this job classification.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment.
• May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine diagnostic studies.
• Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with established departmental policies and clinical guidelines.
