Job summary

MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform a full range of diagnostic imaging exams using fixed equipment, portable radiography, and fluoroscopy. The role supports trauma imaging, operating room cases, and routine studies within a collaborative care team.

You will work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, following departmental guidelines and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent
• Eligible to take ARRT registry or enrolled in an ARRT accredited program. Must obtain ARRT RT(R) within 12 months of hire.
• Washington State license as X-Ray Technician (XT license) required
• BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment
• May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine diagnostic studies
• Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with established departmental policies and clinical guidelines
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model, working effectively both independently and as part of the care team
