Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a part-time Radiologic Technician to perform diagnostic imaging under supervision. The role emphasizes static imaging procedures with supervision by a Radiologic Technologist or Radiologist.

The successful candidate must be enrolled in an ARRT-qualified program and obtain state registrations and BLS certification at hire, with a focus on safety and precision in image acquisition.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a formal ARRT-qualified Radiologic Technology training program.
• Upon hire: Washington X-Ray Technician Registration.
• Upon hire: Washington X-Ray Technician Temporary Practice Permit.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 6 months be enrolled in a formal ARRT-qualified Radiologic Technology educational program for a minimum of six months.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of technical procedures under the supervision of a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and/or Radiologist.
• Applies prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic imaging examinations and assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as described or required.
• Scope of practice is limited to static imaging only. Fluoroscopy and Surgical exams are out of scope for this job description.
