Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training. This role combines leadership development with hands-on client service, guiding trainers and driving enrollment, revenue, and member satisfaction at the assigned club.

You will support recruitment, mentor trainers, and lead by example in program design and client outcomes, while maintaining certifications and upholding club standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership development and team coaching experience.
• Interest in advancing to PT Director role.
• Experience delivering personal training and coaching clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of PT staff and coach Trainers on session delivery and program design.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Assist in leading team meetings and 1:1 sessions to drive goals and engage the team.
• Ensure proper documentation and logs of client programs and sessions in company systems.
• Maintain compliance with CPR/AED and certifications and keep credentials in company systems.
